Exceeded my expectations.
I ordered a Piña Colada protein shake for my mom and a chocolate strawberry for myself. Out of curiosity, I took a bite of hers—and WOW! So yummy! The shake was so thick and indulgent, the straw (even the oversized boba-style one they provided) was practically decorative. This wasn’t just a shake—it was a spoon-worthy treat.
The Piña Colada flavor was exceptional. Smooth, tropical, and well-balanced, without being overly sweet. Honestly, it’s the best I’ve had—and yes, that includes the rum-based versions I’ve enjoyed over the years 🍹.
My own chocolate strawberry shake was also very good—rich and creamy with a subtle tang that kept it interesting. If you have dietary restrictions, I recommend asking if they can make substitutions. I opted out of sugar, and added a little honey instead.
Service was impressively fast—almost as if they knew I was coming and had my order ready before I walked in. Their menu is extensive, and while the prices lean a bit on the high side, the quality makes it worth the splurge.

Hand down one of my favorite places!! Not only is it super cute inside there’s a big selection of delicious things on the menu from smoothies, to salads, sparkling drinks, juices, and pitaya bowls! Their protein ice cream the best ice cream I have ever had! Plus it has super clean ingredients!! 🤤 we are so spoiled to have lively in town!!!

I ordered an acai bowl and it was frozen solid, with the toppings piled on top. So I couldn't really enjoy it all together and I ate the toppings off; it looks like the bowl will thaw out in an hour or so. Obviously premade and frozen, which is ok .. Just need to figure out a way to serve them ready to eat.

So glad to discover this place as I was passing g by doing a route for work. There options were hard to choose because they all look so good !!! Settled with a tropical smoothie. Love that they incorporate bananas and coconut milk to give it that smooth to the smoothie and balancing the fruity mix as well the acidity of the pineapple. Texture stayed so consistent throughout the drive as well keeping me full. Pricing was perfect as well the aesthetic of the lounge, also was nice that they sell raw honey too

Eat here every single day and never get tired of it! I love all of the heathy, clean, ingredients! They have the world’s healthiest ice cream and it’s the most delicious!
